The Forum for Peaceful Russia (FPR) is an annual gathering dedicated to fostering collaboration between civil activists and non-profit organizations dealing with the urgent circumstances of conflict.
As civil society on both sides of the Russian-Ukrainian border faces unprecedented challenges, this forum serves as a unique platform for those committed to addressing critical issues and achieving practical outcomes for peaceful communities.

Organizers

FPR was founded by politician and lawyer Sergey Ross, the founder of the research center "Collective Action." The center conducts research and drafts legislation in the field of urban policy in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
